Tatas ready to pay for more spectrum
When Airtel, Hutch and other telecom biggies want spectrum to be handed out for free, Tata Teleservices is willing to pay for it.The Tatas have written again to the government on the spectrum issue offering to pay money for allocation of 2G spectrum.
