TCS robust result boosts sentiment
The net profit in the second quarter for TCS has for the first time crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark. It is for the first time ever that an Indian IT service company has shown the four-figure profit. The revenues have grown, thanks to big and better orders taking the figure close to a billion dollars or about Rs 4,495 crore.
