TCS to rope in fresh graduates

During tough times of shrinking client base and tight margins, the software companies are pinning their hopes on fresh talent which may just hold the key to better profits. India's biggest software company TCS is hiring freshers like never before. At least 60 per cent of the new entrants in 2009 will be fresh graduates, up from 40 per cent last year. The reason being they cost half as much as an engineer or one with work experience.
