First it was Ratan Tata and now Sunil Mittal, India's telecom czars are both against foreign players entering the 3G space where spectrum is scarce.Soon after the Tatas raised concerns over the government's intention to allow foreign players to bid for 3G spectrum, Mittal is asking why foreign players need to get in.
