The urge to merge: M&A in cineplexes
The cineplex sector is abuzz with merger and acquisition (M&A) activities and it is likely to see more of such deals in the coming period. NDTV has learnt that that many of the branded multiplexes are busy chasing each other for M&A and the run up in their stock prices could be a giveaway to future alliances.
