Who's to blame for rising steel prices?
Steel is hot but the heat may soon burn steel producers themselves, as after a 15 per cent fall in May the steel prices are again heading skywards. The rise in steel prices comes despite industry promises to hold prices, thus, causing the government to press the panic button.
