Clothes are not devoid from chemicals either, but the saving grace is that now you can also opt for organic apparels. Cotton is the second-most pesticide sprayed crop in the world and clothes yarned from them still have lot of chemicals sticking to them. One would be surprised to know that to make one cotton T-shirt half a pound of chemicals is used in the crop.
