School dropout designs solar scooter
With soaring crude prices people are looking at other options such as tapping in solar energy for their cars. In these times of fuel crisis Rafi's scooter doesn't need a drop of petrol. It runs on solar energy. A high-school dropout Rafi Alam has designed a battery-run two-wheeler which uses both solar and wind energy to charge up. It's a button operated scooter there is only electric circuit working.
