Left's no to constitutional amendment
Three men, who are equals, implicitly in the law, are raking up a major controversy. The BJP wants Navin Chawla sacked as election commissioner, claiming he's close to the Congress. The Congress meanwhile, plans to amend the Constitution so that the law not just suggests, but says the three election commissioners are indeed equal.
