New inventions: Villager develops hi-tech cellphone
A unique innovator from Pasiala, a small village 20 km from Ambala in Haryana, has developed a cellphone that also works as a remote to operate his tubewells in the fields. The USP of this rural innovation is that in case of a power cut, it enables him to water his fields from the comfort of his home using the remote and thus saving a lot of precious time.
