Visually challenged can surf the net!
Though the internet has made fast strides in the world the one section that has remained largely untouched by its potential is that of the visually challenged. But this may change as a new technology will enable them to surf the net just over the phone. This is a technology that opens up the virtual world to the blind who can't use a conventional computer because of the obvious handicaps.
