2G scam: Govt to intervene on bail law?

In exclusive interview to NDTV, Law Minister Salman Khurshid was critical of the courts in the 2G scam for withholding bail to the accused. Mr Khurshid said he was not defending any specific person but added that the government might consider intervening on the subject, possibly by filing an affidavit.
