Advani puts forth solution for N-deal
For the first time, leader of Opposition LK Advani has suggested a way in which the Congress party and the BJP can be on the same side on the Indo-US nuclear deal. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, LK Advani hinted that there could be a possible way of signing the nuclear deal. He said that India only needs to amend one of its laws on nuclear issues so that the Hyde Act does not apply to it, and that may be enough protection for India to go ahead and sign the deal.
