Afghanistan: Mixed blessing for expat workers
The Afghan capital Kabul is nestled between high mountains at the crossroads of north-south and east-west trade routes. It goes about its normal business in a relatively secure environment. NDTV travelled to the troubled southern districts where there has been a spike in Taliban violence. That's where an Indian engineer K Suryanaryana was kidnapped and killed by the Taliban at the end of April.
