Army tactics don't work on Gujjars
The security forces have changed their strategy to deal with the Gujjar agitation. In Pilipura village in Bharatpura district that has emerged as the epicentre of the agitation, instead of using force, they are now cutting supplies of essential items like food, water, diesel and have even jammed mobile networks.
