Baby gets liver transplant, first in India
A 14-month-old baby has become the youngest recipient of an 'in situ' liver transplant, a complicated surgery which has never been done before in India. Now the baby, Khushmeet, has a new breath of life, thanks to an Indian army major, who donated his wife's organs at the time of her death.
