Bangalore: Fire destroys Jayanagar market
One of Bangalore's busiest landmark markets is picking up the pieces after 88 shops in it were gutted by a fire. Fire fighters took over 10 hours to fight the blaze. Jayanagar's fourth block market has been around for over 40 years. Shop owners say it will now take them a couple of months to set up shop.
