BMW case verdict likely to be pronounced today
A Delhi court will deliver its verdict on Tuesday in the BMW case. The court will decide whether Sanjeev Nanda, a rich hotelier, who was 20 at the time ran over seven people in a black BMW while drunk. He also conspired with two of his friends to destroy the evidence. Nanda is also the son of one of India's biggest arms dealers. The man on trial is from a rich and powerful family and the victims were poor people.
