Calcutta HC judge faces impeachment

The Indian judicial system is facing tough time as the Chief Justice of India, K G Balakrishna, has recommended the removal of a Calcutta High Court judge for misappropriation of funds. In his letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the CJI wants the Prime Minister to initiate impeachment process for removing Justice Soumitra Sen.
