Campaigning fails to impress Delhi slum
Little has changed in a north Delhi slum in the last 15 years. Of the 1000-odd people living here, many are daily wagers who struggle for basic amenities like roads, water, drains and even minimum wages. With elections barely a week away, political parties are making big promises. But for one of the slum dwellers Parvati, that doesn't mean a lot.
