Cauvery row: Tight security in Karnataka, TN
Authorities have deployed additional 15,000 policemen in Karnataka in view of the Cauvery Tribunal Committee's verdict on Monday. Security throughout the state has been beefed up with Mandya district being declared as hyper sensitive. The committee's verdict is to come many years after the Cauvery dispute.
