Centre studying terror law proposals: PM
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday described as "complex" the issue relating to the demands for a tough anti-terror law in the wake of recent bomb explosions in the country. "It is quite a complex issue. It is not the question of having a law alone," he told journalists accompanying him to New York for the UN General Assembly.
