Chennai govt's carelessness upsets people
Chennai people are upset with the authorities for wasting power while the city has been sweating it out with power cuts. Tube lights erected on the road for a government function was left on for hours on end, through the night and well into the morning. Most people in Chennai are now quite accustomed to power cuts everyday and the government has been asking people to conserve power.
