Chennai hit by skyrocketing house rents
Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore were already reeling under the impact of astronomical house rents. Now, Chennai has been hit as well. Rents have gone up between 15 and 25 per cent. Many say, the going is only set to get tougher and budgets tighter in the days to come.
