Chennai's unbearable garbage woes
There's something rotten on the streets of Chennai. In three zones comprising mainly residential areas, uncollected garbage has been piling up for several days. Chennaiities who've been promised a city like Singapore or 'Singara Chennai' by the government have been forced to coin a new name for their city.
