Curse of Kosi: Relief still not adequate
Floods continue to ravage Bihar, but rescue workers with relief materials are gradually trickling in. For days, a family survived on the rooftop of a home, deep in the Madhepura district of east Bihar. On Sunday, they were lucky as a rescue boat, manned by the jawans of the CISF, brought them out of the hell.
