It's a unique idea to curb speeding in Mumbai one that has turned two traffic policemen into celebrities overnight. Senior Inspector Dayanand Gavas and Constable Rakesh Sawant of the Mumbai Traffic are actually on duty, manning traffic at Worli, making sure that motorists drive within the speed limit in the eastern suburb of Mulund.
