Dalai Lama says Indian govt 'too cautious'
Amidst the creeping tension between Beijing and New Delhi, the Dalai Lama has told NDTV that he understands India's concerns and said that the government has helped where it can.The Dalai Lama has agreed that New Delhi is following a consistent policy since Jawaharlal Nehru's time. But in an interview to NDTV's Prannoy Roy in India Questions programme, the Tibetan spiritual leader admitted that India is being cautious in not stepping on Beijing's shoes.
