Debate continues on single parenthood
With a Mumbai man being allowed to adopt a baby, the trend seems to give hope for single parents who want to adopt children in India. Sandip Soparrkar became perhaps the city's first single man to adopt a child, three-year-old Arjun.'I waited four years for this, in fact it took a year just to get the paperwork done but I'm happy it has happened,'' said Soparrkar.
