Delhi: 10% of ration holders are bogus
In a country where 300 million people live below the poverty line, imagine one having not one but 900 ration cards. Well that is just one of the several cases that emerged during a survey by the food supplies department of the Delhi government, as it unearthed a massive scam in the Public Distribution System in the capital wherein over 10 per cent of all ration card holders are bogus.
