Delhi police target to add thousand woman constables
The Delhi police target to add atleast 1,000 woman constables in the next six months. Currently, women make up for just six per cent of the police force. It is in a city where women are usually the target of crime, more so than any other city in India, adding more women constables is desperately over-due.
