Delhi school demands donations for report cards
A school in south Delhi has allegedly demanded donations from parents, failing which it has said the students' final report cards will not be handed to them. This came as a rude shock to the hundreds of parents who lined up at the Raisina Bengali School in the Chittranjan Park area to collect the report cards on Thursday.
