Early winter session likely
A decision on convening winter session of Parliament is expected on Thursday amid indications that the government would go in for a brief sitting after Diwali in view of assembly polls in Gujarat. A meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs (CCPA) is likely on Thursday to finalise the dates, sources said.
