EC divided over J&K poll dates
Elections may still be some time away in Jammu and Kashmir. When the poll dates for Assembly elections were announced, the Election Commission conceded that it had not reached any decision on whether the state is ready. Sources tell NDTV that the 3-member Election Commission is divided down the middle on JK polls.
