'Evidence of Pak hand in terror'
A few days ago, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri told NDTV that a solution to the Siachen stalemate was just days away. This was an outlook not shared by the Indian side which remained a bit sceptical.
