Floods wreak havoc in AP
It has been raining incessantly for the last 48 hours in several parts of Andhra Pradesh. The relief commissioner has put the death toll at 28. Several low-lying areas have been flooded in Hyderabad and elsewhere. The met office says it will continue to rain for at least the next 24 hours.
