Heat wave: Labourers, vendors suffer
If this summer is one of the worst in recent years, then it's the people who eke out their livelihood outdoors who suffer the most. Ironically, it's these people - the local ice cream vendors and daily wage labourers - whose work revolves around keeping the heat off everyone else.
