Home Minister admits security lapses in Mumbai

Union Home Minister P Chidambaram on Friday arrived in Mumbai to visit all the places affected by the terror attacks last week. He admitted to security lapse and intelligence failure but added that the government would address the causes and strain every nerve to improve the security of the country.
