Hydel projects with no water to run
Microhydel projects worth crores were meant to provide electricity to villages without them instead they have been installed in places not in need of them and no one is taking the blame for this. The cost for them is covered from the Prime Minister's Reflief Fund and some Rs 20 crores have been spent till now.
