Karat blames PM for nuke stalemate
CPM General Secretary Prakash Karat has singled out Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as being responsible for the political crisis over the nuclear deal. In an article he has written for a journal People's Democracy Karat says: "What is the cause for this ongoing crisis? The answer lies squarely in the prime minister's renewed bid to go to the IAEA."
