Karat slams EC, writes to President
The CPM general secretary Prakash Karat on Saturday slammed the Election Commission on the Office of Profit issue and wrote to the President. Karat has written to the President against what he says was the EC's "unjustified" decision to seek details of office of profit MPs merely on the basis of allegations by a Trianamool Congress MP.
