Karnataka Lokayukta slams chief secretary
In the war against corruption in Karnataka, chief secretary of the state B K Das and Lokayukta chief S Venkatachala find themselves on opposite sides. The Lokayukta has accused the chief secretary of not wanting corruption to be routed out of the system by wanting to revive a 30-year-old State Vigilance Commission Bill.
