Madhya Pradesh govt misused funds: PM

Charging the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh with not properly utilising funds sent to it by the Centre for various schemes, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Sunday said that during the BJP rule corruption had reached the highest limit in the name of development. Addressing an election meeting here, the Prime Minister said that the Centre had sent money for various schemes but most of it was either not used or improperly utilised.
