Maharashtra govt schools have no textbooks
Mid-term exams in schools across Maharashtra got underway three days ago, but students in government-aided schools have little to write in their answer sheets. Praachi, a seventh standard student, is taking her mid-term test in a Nagpur school. But her answer-sheet except is blank and has only her name and roll number. It's all because she had no textbooks to study from.
