Man surrenders in Kavita Rani case
A man accused in the disappearance of college teacher Kavita Rani turned himself to the police on Sunday in Uttar Pradesh. Ravinder Pradhan spoke live on a Hindi television channel and said he did not kidnap her and did not know her whereabouts.
