After four days of incessant rain, Mumbai faces its monsoon nightmare yet again, waterlogging at high tide. This is due to a continuous downpour on Monday with high tide expected at 7.28 pm. Waterlogging in low-lying areas has already derailed traffic even as the Mithi River is only three feet from overflowing. The river, now a nallah, flows through several eastern suburbs and is only inches below the overflow mark.
