Mumbai runs dry
The Maharashtra government has already declared that certain parts of the state are facing a drought-like situation. In Tansa, the water body that supplies a substantial amount to Mumbai, the levels are seriously low. The Met Department's predictions for the next few days are not too encouraging either.
