Soon after state election commissioner Nand Lal was released from jail, he became ready for a fight. First, he hit out at Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh and soon after, he targeted assembly speaker Babasaheb Kupekar. Nand Lal claimed Kupekar had admitted to charging him with breach of privilege under pressure.
