NDTV investigates fire safety at cinemas
After the Uphaar fire tragedy in 1997, many cinema halls in the Capital underwent upgradation in terms of safety and fire fighting capacity.Licenses were given to the cinema halls that came up later only after a thorough assessment of their safety standards.
