NGOs party on poor man's wedding scheme

The Maharashtra government had started free weddings for the poor under a state sponsored scheme to help farmers in the six suicides hit districts of Vidarbha. But an investigation by the Akola district administration shows that the scheme is being misused and money is being siphoned off.
